the location, the pool area and the bar, the friendliness of the staff
the hallway carpet, dirty and worn-out; windows that provide no sound insulation; the same breakfast every single day

The food was very good with good variety. The pool area was very clean and relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. Our room was kept clean on daily basis and to a very high standard.
There really wasn't any problems. The reason we keep returning is because of the very friendly staff and peaceful environment.

Good location. Good breakfast. Nice front desk staff.
People’s noise at night.

Great walkable location in the center of Ayia Napa with amenities within a 2 min walk. The pool was great, big and clean. The staff are very kind and attentive.
Breakfast could be richer with more options. The rooms could use a renovation in terms of bathroom ceilings, curtains and bedding - cushions as well as bathroom towels. No pool towels are provided which would be a nice upgrade.
