Great place, nice rooms, big swimming pools, a good location close to lots of restaurants and markets.
The only problem was the bathroom smelled really bad. I was there for a week and tried everything, bought drain cleaner, air freshener, etc. but nothing worked. So hopefully they can find out what the source of the weird smell is and remove it.

Appartamento accogliente e pulito, doppio condizionatore ,ambiente cucina separato dalla camera . C'è tutto quello che serve per passare settimane a pattaya: lavatrice, bollitore,tostapane, fornelli , aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro e phon inclusi. Ben attrezzato anche di pentole, posate, piatti etc. Manca il kit da doccia, ma ci sono gli asciugamani e quello che manca lo si trova al piano terra al supermercato. Piscina enorme, le foto non rendono la grandezza.
Serve qualche miglioria alla piscina, un po' scivolosa. Qualche mobile in camera ha bisogno di una sistemata, cassetti instabili.

Понравилось расположение, рядом магазины, кафе, массаж. Номер чистый, есть все для комфортного проживая, микроволновка, стиральная машина, холодильник, плита, чайник, посуда, утюг и чистая гладильная доска. Фен совсем маленький, игрушечный.
Матрас деревянный, очень жесткий. В квартире и коридоре периодически появляется запах канализации. В Кондо нет горячей воды, это существенно омрачило наш отдых. Точнее горячая вода появлялась ровно на 1 минуту, а потом снова исчезала, отрегулировать температуру воды невозможно, либо кипяток, либо холодная, с длинными волосами это было просто мучение!
повсюду ползают муравьи или термиты. Упаковали вещи в пакеты, чтобы не привезти их с собой. Заселились по звонку, немного ждали,но в целом все нормально, так как бронировали без предоплаты.
