The hotel was great with very friendly and respectful staff. Besides the facility is great with its fantastic Onsen facility, restaurant with a great view, and large and very comfortable rooms, which are not typical for big city hotels in Japan. Our visit to Asama Prince hotel and the couple of days we spent there were definitely one of the best highlights of our Japan visit and something we would like to repeat in the future.
The only thing visitors need to be aware of this facility is that, it is not possible to book a large room for people more then 2. Even the children count like adults which end us up booking two rooms for 2 adults and 1 kid, which end up with a higher accommodation cost.

The hotels onsen was very nice and modern. The staff were helpful with my golf booking and shuttle service.
Couple of things I wish I knew before I booked:
- You are still a decent drive from the golf course, whereas the photos make it look like you are on the golf course.
- Their bar requires a reservation 24 hours in advance, so our group couldn’t have a welcome drink on the first night we arrived.
