The location was fine, close to the train/subway station
The staff recommended a restaurant across the street run by a friend, but the restaurant was so-so, and the waiters were pushy and not very polite... They stopped accepting card payments at a certain hour but didn't tell us they were doing this even though we were already finishing our dinner and ready to pay... They didn't provide directions to an ATM. The accommodation shouldn't be recommending this restaurant.

Good stay, very close to Roma Termini with a lot of restaurants around. The room had all the basics needed. The host at the reception was also very nice and took the time to explain all the Rome must sees and recommended some restaurants and tips.
You can hear a lot of the street noise so I recommend bringing earplugs if sensitive to noise. The shower was not the best but it worked perfectly for our needs.

The personal was amazing. They were super nice and gave us sooo much great info about the city!
I missed the fridge in the room… that was a super shame, because the vino was always too hot :/ and also the morning clean up could be better

Staff are lovely. Charming room- much nicer than anticipated. Nice bathroom. Nice bedding. Close to termini.
You have to ask to use the air con.
