Hier fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen. Von der ersten Minute an bis zum Auschecken: sowas von super. Der Empfang an der Rezeption über alle Massen persönlich und freundlich. Eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin ging mit uns zum Appartement und zeigte uns alles. Dieser Service ist einzigartig, woanders drücken sie einem den Schlüssel in die Hand und das wars. Es gibt Brötchenservice: kommt an die Tür des Appartements, frisch vom Bäcker.
Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich sind außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet. So feine Ruhezonen! Chillen auf rustikalem Wasserbett in Zirbenholzrahmen, einzigartige Atmosphäre.
Sie werden es sehen: die Lobby, die einladende wunderbar dekorierte Treppe, die Kaminfeuer in der Hotelhalle mit gepolsterten Stühlen. Man staunt und ist ab dem ersten Moment wirklich happy. Alles ist traditionell, hochwertig und mit so viel Geschmack und Feingefühl arrangiert.
Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Es gibt den Schilift gleich daneben. Es gibt rundherum fussläufig Restaurants und Wintersportgeschäfte, vis a vis einen Supermarkt, den Gemeindearzt... alles gleich da- ein kleines Stück entfernt in einer Strasse gegenüber - die Apres Ski Lokale mit Partyoption, für die, die mal feiern wollen.
Beim Hotel ist aber Ruhezone, da ist nichts laut.
Ich will auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin. Es ist jeden Cent wert. Es ist auch bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt die reinste Erholung - und ich bin wirklich viel auf Reisen - so nett und so freundlich empfangen und umsorgt zu werden, das erlebt man kaum wo.
Wenn Sie das Maximum aus Ihrem Schiurlaub machen wollen, eine zentrale Lage noch dazu direkt neben dem Schilift schätzen und auch Wellness, Entspannung und ein schönes Haus mit Top Mitarbeitern geniessen wollen : ist hier der richtige Platz dafür.

We chose the self catering units as we have vegan family members who would not benefit from half board. This hotel is in a good position for lifts and village centre. The welcome was warm and we were allowed to store baggage before checking in. The spa facilities look pleasant but we were not able to use them due to my injury. The sun terrace on the hotel is a lovely facility.
The self catering block (dependence) is a short walk from the hotel so we were less able use the facilities and would need to carry swimwear, robes etc outside. The apartments are comfortable but fairly basic, and we had no balcony - we knew this before we booked. There is no housekeeping through the week and limited cleaning equipment available- it would have been good to have a towel change and at least a quick sweep round mid week. I had a nasty injury on the 3rd day of the holiday - we were brought extra pillows for my leg on request but offered no other help or support. I would not blame the lovely staff for this but despite the high cost I didn’t feel that we were true hotel guests in the apartments

the hotel employees were extreemly helpful and supportive. The Spa and Fitness were very nice.
