Clean, à lot of room in the Chambers, the entire hotel is awesome, Halloween decorations amazing, typical breakfasts.
They do reparations with no notice. I lived 2 scary moments where the main door was wide open. They explained to me, the cameras were there and they were watching.

Location was great.
Breakfast was fine.
Most of the electric outlets in the room weren't working.
Furniture needs some TLC

The location of the hotel is excellent, centrally located in Usaquén, which is a gastronomic and shopping area. But the area retains a more historic atmosphere. The hotel is also in an older building. There was good hot water.
The photos on booking show the rooms with gas heaters built into the walls. The photos show them working with flames visible. I was in two different rooms. The heaters did not work in either room. So the photos were misleading. Bogotá has a very cool climate, so having some heat in the early morning was important to me.
