There was no breakfast buffet but you get your breakfast in the restaurant that was freshly made. The hotel is located in a quiet street close to the beach. Also there are several restaurants (western, Thai), Starbucks, a supermarket, bars, massage parlors close to the restaurant (within 150 m).
Staff is very friendly, not fake but genuinely friendly.
The hotel is not super modern, not fake luxurious but just made with high quality materials. Nothing is broken, chipped etc and everything is very clean.
WiFi works great, airco does not make a lot of noise and works very well.
The only thing that I do not like very much is that the hotel uses keys with a large keyhanger for the guest rooms. A keycard would be easier to take along with you.

I had a wonderful stay at this condotel.
The property is located in a quiet alley just off the main beach road, which makes it an ideal location—central and convenient, yet peaceful and away from the noise. The staff were extremely polite, respectful, and accommodating. I particularly appreciated their flexibility in allowing an early check-in and late check-out.
The condo itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay, including a kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator. The large balcony was another highlight, offering plenty of sunlight and a lovely space to relax.
Overall, I was very impressed with the service, spacious rooms, convenient location, and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this condotel and would be happy to stay here again.
Breakfast was a set menu with limited choices, but everything served was delicious and satisfying.

Good area with plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport easily aquired outside
Wifi was not the best as it kept flickering in and out.
