Some of the staff very friendly, could hear the beautiful stream outside room and in bathroom, great outdoor spa, always quite busy, interesting and tasty meals
Some staff not so friendly, almost as if you are interrupting them, or all the food was to our taste, but we expected that and it was still presented beautifully and some good, the private onsen, one seemed not so clean, quite a far walk which I didn’t expect as it read like it was down town. Also expected the gardens to be bigger from reading about it
