It was nice, peaceful, with a lot of flowers and windows to see out

This hotel is beautifully located directly across from the entrance to the desert, with views of people climbing the dunes and sandboarding back down, which is very cool to watch. The pool is refreshing without being uncomfortably cold.
Because it was the off-season, they very kindly upgraded my room at no extra charge when I checked in, which was especially appreciated after a long day of travel. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to use the kitchen to prepare meals for my service dog.
There was very little to complain about overall, aside from one male receptionist who consistently seemed to be having a bad day whenever I interacted with him, which stood out against the otherwise warm and friendly service.

Great location, right in front of the lake and the sand dunes. Room looked like the pictures except it was small.
Bathroom and sink had no hot water. The bathroom was very small. No elevator.
