- Only a two-minute walk from the train station.
- well-equipped kitchen.
- Clean
- The owner was understanding and cooperative when the bank transfer failed because of a technical problem (the Google Cloud outage at the time).
- Parking cannot be reserved. We were lucky that one spot was still available. There were not many free spaces on the street, and the available ones were not very close.
- The shower was broken. I had to hold the showerhead with one hand while showering.
- No power outlets in the bathroom (for a hairdryer, ...)
- There was only one power outlet in the bedroom. Only one bedside lamp could be plugged in; the lamp on the other side was useless because there was no available outlet. It was also not possible to charge a phone conveniently.
- The hairdryer was faulty, stopped working after a short time and needed to rest for a while before getting to work again.
- A strange beeping sounds during the night, similar to the waiting beep sound on a phone for a long time.
- The sliding doors of the shower enclosure were detached and loose at the bottom. They felt wobbly and did not feel safe to use.

The property was clean. Collecting the key was fast and easy.
The property is very close to a Billa supermarket and the train station.
Sadly, I was expecting more from this property. I was disappointed to see that it isn't a fully equipped apartment for this price of property (approx £50/night) far from the city centre. The kitchen lacked a stove top so we were only able to use the microwave which defeated the reason I booked an apartment as opposed to a hotel room. Also, the single pillow on each bed was flat and quite uncomfortable.
The property is on the 3rd floor so be aware if you are carrying heavy luggage or a party member has mobility issues. There was a lady there that I believe worked there (as I saw her helping move large sacks outside the property), but she didn't interact with us and actually shut the door on my face which I found rude.
Someone emptied our bin every morning approx at 10am, which was nice, but I wish we had a door sign as a notice not to let someone in as I felt hurried to leave before 10am every morning. The check-out time is also 10am, and there is no place to store luggage afterwards.

This hotel's location is amazing, and it's easily the cleanest place I've ever stayed at, like five-star hotel standards. Just a heads-up if you're planning to stay here: check-out is at 10 AM.
The only downside was a issue with their digital key code, so we ended up locked outside for half an hour.

Good location, comfortable beds, spacious and clean. Smooth check-in.
Sadly the amenities list is incorrect. We are on a big family trip and were looking for a place with a washing machine. We were disappointed to find that there was no washing machine. But the amenities list says that there is. I am a host myself and find it absolutely incorrect
Check-out was little inconvenient since its earlier that common standard check out and the cleaning lady was standing right at our car and the room door since 9 impatiently waiting for us to go.
