The staff at the bar was incredible. Very nice and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Beds very comfy and the shower worked perfectly.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. A pleasant area next to a modern shopping centre but very quiet considering.
Rooms are looking a little bit worn at the edges but only if you look closely. Nothing a good lick of paint and new carpets can't remedy.

The rooms are clean and modern. Bar area very nice and bar man was lovely and very friendly. Really enjoyed our Hugo cocktails.

Clean but small room but adequate for a couple of nights. Nice bar area
Staff were mostly rude or indifferent and spoiled what was otherwise a nice hotel for a short stay.
