Excelente location in Shinjuku. We stayed here 10 years ago and were glad we stayed here again! The rooms are small but very clean, well organized and enough room to be comfortable for two people. The shower was the best we had while on our trip—excellent water pressure and hot. We will stay here again in the future. Also a convenient rooftop bar and restaurant. Staff also held our luggage after our checkout so we could explore until our flight left. Great spot!

We stayed here twice on our trip—first when we landed in Tokyo and again at the end of our trip. We were also here ten years ago. Excellent location, clean rooms, great shower, nice staff. Best place for the money.

The hotel is in a great location. It has an easy check in service, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again.

Walls on hotel and room were not clean;looked dirty and old.
Walls in the bathroom were dirty and the bathroom had a pee smell.
Carpet on the floor looked dirty and old.
Pictures on the advertisement are completely different from the real room.
