I love how close it is to everything, walkable to lots of amazing restaurants, the mall, bowling, movie theater, feria verde. I was thankful to have a secure parking space for our car. We also appreciate the breakfast and coffee included in the morning.
Not a big deal for us, but we couldn't get the tv to work. The beds seemed aged and not super comfortable, but were comfortable enough for us to get good sleep. The train starts early, but there is really no way around that one.

Flexibility of the staff to assist with late check in
I would prefer if they had some cosy lounge for guest to sit especially for those with later flights
