Premium price, budget experience — and unnecessarily inconvenient with kids.

Location is nice just at the ski lift (except if you need ski school for kids below 5yo you need to travel to another location) You can rent skies there, there’s swimming pool

This was extremely poor value for money. We stayed 3 nights and paid a premium price, yet nearly every basic item costs extra. Provided bedlinnen was torn. We realised towels weren’t part of the set when we were in the shower, this also was extra, and when we went to rent it, we found they actually had stains and were super small. There were no kitchen towels, no coffee and only two dishwasher tablets for a 3-night stay with five people. For every small necessity, you have to walk to reception and pay inflated prices. On top of that, guests are required to clean the house and strip all beds before departure. Charging high-end prices while shifting basic hotel-level responsibilities onto guests simply doesn’t add up. The original idea of a holiday park was affordability and convenience. Here, you pay hotel-level rates but still need to bring half your household or spend your holiday constantly arranging small essentials. With young children, this becomes highly impractical and a waste of valuable vacation time. We didn’t even want to spend more time complaining — it was simply exhausting. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the overall finishing felt basic and cheaply done. We specifically booked this location for slope access, but ski school only accepts children from 5 years old (our bad we didn’t check). Since we were travelling with younger kids, we had to drive elsewhere anyway — which defeated the purpose of staying here. The swimming pool has only two family changing rooms. For families larger than three people, this results in long waiting times and unnecessary delays while trying to fit in smaller cabins. Overall, for the price charged, the experience feels unjustified and disappointing.

Amazing and clean ski accommodation near lifts

The accommodation is very nice clean and in a very good location close to many lifts that are easily reachable by car. It has plates, cups and utensils which is nice. There was a dishwasher and its soap in place, so we could simply fill it with dirty dishes and clean them easily. The reception and restaurant area is big and nice. We had dinner once there and it was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were only 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 3 nights. That was very little. There was no soap, nor Shampoo nor Shower gel in the bathroom which I expected in such a nice place. (Minor one) The bed sheets and duvet covers were folded on the bed, so we had to make the beds ourselves. It would have been nicer to find the beds ready to use specially that we arrived late at night.

Exceptional

We loved our stay. Beautiful location, very central to some lovely towns. Perfect for families - my boys absolutely loved everything. We went in summer and need to experience it in winter. Chalet is stunning as well. We loved everything!

The only thing that we expected better was more thorough cleaning. I asked specifically for the place to be double checked for cleanliness as I have little kids and because of the current virus I wanted everything to be spotless. The place looked very clean but when I opened the curtain behind the tv I found a half eaten apple on the floor. Cleaner must have missed this. I would have ignored it if I didn’t have a crawling baby who puts everything in his mouth. Otherwise the rest was very clean and a real shame about the apple as I would have rated it higher.

Nice house with lots of space.

Very cool accommodation.

The restaurant was not open every day and the menu was limited. Heating not working properly.
