Lokatie en het mooie zand strand
De opdringerige houding van het spa en welness personeel, een hoop beloven en de behandelingen zijn ver onder de maat. Geen gebruik van maken

Ottimo punto mare con entrata degradante e adatta a tutti. Resort tenuto bene e recentemente ristrutturato in parte.
Il cibo era buono ma forse c'era poca varietà nella scelta del cibo.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The dinner buffet was OK. This hotel earns his stripes only for the location right at the Abu Dabbab beach with great snorkling and a guarantee to see the sea turtles. That is the reason why I chose this hotel and why I would recommend it despite its flaws. The staff however is very friendly. At the reception the employees are less friendly.
We booked 2 rooms, but got offered 1 family room supposedly a better deal/upgrade. In the end I think this was more a downgrade. The room was clean though. We booked the 1x complementary a la carte Italian restaurant only to find a very short list of pizza's on the menu (micro waved I think). The chairs and tables in that restaurant are full of bird droppings. So you turn the seats over only to find dried bird droppings. This restaurant is also the lunch and snack restaurant, but they serve cold french fries and cold burgers, so it is better to go to the main restaurant for lunch buffet that is actually good. The hotel claims to be all-inclusive but you have to pay extra for ice-cream and even to go to the infinity pool (10€ per person/day). After 23pm you have to pay for drinks. The aqua park is only open for 2 hours every day. There's a lot of construction going on. Evening animation is so bad that it becomes funny. We booked this hotel for 3 nights. This is just the right amount of time to do some snorkling and relaxing. Luckily we did not spend like a week with a tour operator because we would be very bored and unsatisfied.

Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the manager gave us a choice of two rooms, neither of which was what I had booked - a sea view room. Instead we got a room overlooking the construction site at the pool. Secondly, the food was very unpalatable. Plenty of choice, but absolutely all the dishes were prepared as if the aim was to spoil the flavor. We went for one dinner at la Luna restaurant, the main difference being the location on the street. Otherwise, the service and food were identical. We didn't understand why it was necessary to book in advance at all, especially considering that the main restaurant is also located outside. Also the bartender was misogynistic and treated me very rudely, I didn't get my tea after 15 minutes and left.... Third, If you go for snorkeling, I recommend choosing a neighboring hotel as otherwise you have to walk across the beach to the reef. We never managed to dive from the jetty at this hotel, as both days there were strong waves and a red flag hanging in that part of the beach.
