We only stayed one night, but had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable (the bed is on the hard side but that is common we found). The balcony to the river is gorgeous.
The owner is such a kind woman, even in the short time we stayed there she was so helpful. Would recommend the restaurant across the street, especially if you arrive from the slow boat a bit late in the evening.
The furniture is a little run down but clean and still really great value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Room was very big, nice balcony, comfortable bed, hosts Yao and Kai had excellent English. Terrific view of the river, and lots of local eateries and massage places nearby. It's budget accommodation so it's not ultra fancy but I was comfortable there. I'd stay there again.
There were only two coat hangers, luckily I always travel with a couple spares, so I could hang up all my clothes.
The driveway down from the main road is quite steep.
I don't recall there being a sign at the roadside to show you "you are there" (but my tuktuk driver knew exactly where it was).

A great location right on the waterfront, overlooking the Mekong River. You can even walk to the big buddha on the hill in about 20 minutes. Friendly, helpful staff who love collecting licence plates from around the world.
Overall, the property is looking a little tired and can benefit from a clean-up of the outside premises and a tidying up of the reception area.
