The location was good, close to the fanaa sqaure, local shops close and a restaurant. The staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly, badr during the day he serves the breakfast, showed us where to go ans recommended restaurants also, and ridha in the evening shift very friendly and every night we were chatting
Few things we experienced which other guests would’ve made a big fuss about it. There was no hot water when we got there, air conditioning didn’t work properly, the remote didn’t work but they came and changed the remote, also they fixed the water after. Then the electricity cut off due to a fuse shortage, had to video call the manager and showing me what to do. And last but not least the last day no water at all but turned out to be the whole area
