Friendly helpful staff, good humoured about my mixup over dates. Very convenient central location. Good Internet
Heating didn't work. None of the friendly staff really spoke English but that is eastern Turkey for you and I don't speak Turkish so...

Nice room, and very kindly stuff and owner. Very helpful for everything on tours and information
No water cooker in room.

The man at the front desk was VERY nice. The train from Ankara arrived VERY late and he was there waiting with a smile. I only stayed one night, but slept really well, had a fantastic hot shower and the breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Overall, I would book again if I ever return to Kars. Thank You.
Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectation!
