Wonderful location-it's a real Fuji view! Both Breakfast and Japanese dinners were very delicious. Japanese style room was amazing, cozy, well equipped. Public onsen was available.
Hotel staff is very helpful and hospitable. Free of charge drinks and table games on the reception - it's a nice advantage.
Black mold on the walls inside our bathroom in our Japanese style room. Sorry, but It was disgusting, why don't you wash the walls and cannot maintain the ventilation?

Very comfortable, clean and practical. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. While the hotel has the shuttle bus, there is also the public bus just out the back of the hotel and bikes for hire, making it really easy to get around.

A brilliant hotel - you get a cute shuttle bus from the station and it’s a quick drive to the hotel, where the views of Fuji are just incredible. Regular shuttles into town but there’s also a lovely restaurant in the hotel to try traditional meals.
Beautiful grounds to wander around in, easy to hire bikes and cycle along the lake, or do a round of golf. A plentiful breakfast full of Japanese and western options. Really helpful and friendly staff as well.
There’s a panorama lounge to view the mountain - and nice additions like a little shop and even a space to do origami in!
We stayed in a traditional room which was a cool experience. The onsen was also fantastic and in a traditional style - loved it. We will definitely be back!

We had Mount Fuji view from the room and the balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
It seems to be an old property and lacks the wow factor. It requires renovation to modernise it.
