Hospitality- staff are friendly. Easy to check in and out at the reception.
Cleanliness - very clean. The bathroom for me is great, filled with all the necessities needed during my stay. Sheet is also in clean condition and changes every day.
Cost - value for money.
Location - very strategic. Located besides ben thanh market, i can basically go to most places by walking. Near to metro, viral places, cat cafe, etc.
Hotel - There is an elevator. The reception also sell some waters.

The location is very good. The size of our room and the single bed was quite large (this is for the room that has one double and one single). There was a lift and from our room we could see the sunrise which was lovely. It’s on a main road but the sound proofing was actually pretty good!
It was pretty mediocre. Staff were asleep in reception at night and into the morning, was a bit uncomfortable. Cracks and paint falling off walls. You let this slide, only just, because it’s a good location and well priced.
