The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They helped us with our luggage and we had a wonderful room overlooking Lake Bled. The restaurant was of a very high standard, food excellent and the waiter was very friendly and experienced. The hotel was perfectly positioned for trips to the island.
