Wir hatten ein schönes, sehr ruhiges in einer Parkanlage gelegenes Appartement. Das Frühstück war typisch französisch mit selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Gugelhupf, Baguette und frisch aufgebrühten Kaffeespezialitäten. Das Abendessen war außergewöhnlich. Neben der Standardkarte gab es noch etwa 5 Tagesgerichte. Alles war ausgesprochen lecker.

Ferme Auberge du Moulin des Sept Fontaines exceeded all our expectations, from the beautiful setting to the amazing food. An old oil mill and working farm, with Charolais cattle and horses grazing nearby, cats to cuddle, forests to walk in, and bike trails to explore. It was wonderfully quiet.
The staff speak English and German and thoughtfully accommodated my husband’s walking difficulties by giving us a ground-floor room. If you need similar accommodations, message the property ahead of time.
The food alone would be worth returning for—but we would happily come back for the whole experience.
Good to know:
Order the Alsatian specialties at least five days in advance. We missed that opportunity this time, so we already have something to look forward to!
There is absolutely nothing not to like. This was an exceptional stay.

The area and staff is outstanding, however if you are allergic this place might not be suitable or safe for you.
Dog was present and allowed in resturant. (Solved by us getting separate room for dinner, positive action by staff.) However strong mold smell in bed room makes me react, also the dinner meal (duck) was dry not good as expected.
