Very central, with lots of restaurants and bars within 5min walking distance, while the Venice highlights are not far away either

Good location, within 20 minutes walk of pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. A bit hidden in a good way, even though it was on the cusp of a bustling area. Good communication from the property manager.
The apartment was clean but in need of upkeep. The shower seal leaked, there was some issues with the appliances being broken or in bad shape, and it was a bit dingy. Overall would be much nicer with just a bit of a refresh and newer amenities.
