The location is perfect, the hotel itself is a see view (my room isn't) , it's in the middle of El Mamsha
The pool and breakfast options are nice
The staff is friendly and trying to ensure everything is in order
Rooms are clean
The electricity needs maintaince, out of 4 wall sockets in the room only 1 was working , 1 that was instable, and the rest didn't work.
I wish they had more clothes hangers cuz my room had only 2 .

The staff is really wonderful . I really appreciate Mr. Mohamad Bellal the reservation manger for handling a simple problem with our reservation in a very professional but kind way.. Thank you all
The beach in front of the hotel might be more prepared by adding soft sand to help the guests to enjoy using it
