Great rooms (good bathrooms), beaches (beautiful water), gym facilities (lots of machines and free weights) and restaurant service (waiters were generally excellent).
The app/reservation system: We downloaded the app the day before arrival which is required to book restaurants and activities. All of the restaurants we would want to visit and the snorkelling activities were already fully booked for the duration of our three day stay before we had even arrived. We managed to eventually get our desired restaurant reservations but only after speaking to guest relations, being put on a waiting list and then waiting for other guests to cancel. We also only managed to get on the snorkelling trip after another couple didn’t turn up for their booking.
Construction works: the resort was building some new villas right next to the shoreline of the smaller beach in the north of the resort. That beach already feels more commercial than the larger beach in the south of the resort (which is beautiful but no one really uses), so coupled with noisy construction works on top, it wasn’t a very nice beach to be on.
Cyan restaurant: this is the fancy restaurant in the resort. Service is fantastic, but they try a bit too hard with the menu. They have some fancy foods on the menu, but which don’t really taste that nice. They would be better off having a simpler menu but where the food is cooked to a very high standard. We thought the Adam & Eve restaurant was actually much better where the food was delicious.

the resort is huge and offers many different activities. you don’t really need to leave the resort as hike, excursions and activities happen all nearby and are arranged through reception or app.
we had just one small disappointment which was that all restaurants we wanted to go for 3 nights in a row were all booked. therefore we needed to choose always the buffet option and that was the most pricey too. i would recommend to try booking the restaurants for dinner at arrival directly if you want to avoid them being fully booked!

I do want to mention the hostess, Joan from the buffet restaurant, always with a smile , always looking to support and help. We left the hotel and we're still talking about her grace and charm. Thank you 🙏

Great beach and spacious resort

We had to complain about the noise of the ladies from the housekeeping every single day during our stay. They kept gathering around our room every day at the same time, while my baby is napping and they would chat loudly and laugh. We complained to the receptionists, the housekeeping manager, the guest relations department and nobody did anything about it. It is insanse to pay 800€ per night and have an issue with the staff that nobody solves out. You have no peace.
Also, speaking of housekeeping, amenities such as cotton buds, cotton pads, etc. are refilled when they remember, once in three days, you have to remind them about everything.
Furthermore, if you want to book one of three a la cart restaurants, they would always informe you that they are all booked for that night forcing you to go to the buffet. However, if you pass by the a la cart restaurants you can see that they are always half empty, so their policy is absurd, we simply do not like the buffet option, taking our own meal and drinks, we prefer to enjoy the service and a la cart meals, why is that an issue for the hotel?! I have never experienced it anywhere else, it is ridiculous.
In general, the hotel lacks stong management and guidance, in a lot of situations they do not know how to act and handle a situation, I commented about it with other guests and they had the same experience. The price is simply not justified for this level of quality.
