The property was comfortable and a pleasant place to stay.
My friend and I both have long hair. After one of us washed her hair, the other had to wait 30 minutes for the shower water to be available again, which was inconvenient. A blocked bathroom drain also caused water to overflow across the floor. We reported it and someone was sent to help, but the drainage should be checked before guests arrive. Housekeeping made the bed but did not empty the bins during our stay.
