The welcome by friendly young reception staff. Lovely outlook of trees and river from our window. Walls looked newly painted, good selection of tea, coffee and toiletries, nice quality clean sheets.
The carpet had many stains on.

No breakfast. Dinner in the pub was good.
Very very noisy. Walls between units were so thin. Bathroom fans noisy. Hot water took forever to come through. With neighbour's air conditioner turning on and off all night coupled with noisy fridge sleep was hopeless. Up at daybreak and out of there.
Access steep steps only so had to lug suitcase with buggared knees made it painful experience. Not elderly or handicapped friendly.
Water poured out of back of tap so either full on or off.
A gazillion non environment friendly milk containers instead of small jug or carton. No hand wash.
Would suit able bodied people who didn't mind noise.
