Authentic hotel, right in the middle of everything. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel has everything to offer and the bar and restaurant is a popular destination and the only place you can get alcohol in the area.
Nothing really. But if you are looking for a restful holiday this place is not for you. You are completely emersed in the culture and sounds of Marrakesh.

The good location
The toilet is black stains,bathrooms mold, dryer outlet broken coming off from the wall,hallway and stairs light bulbs are not working

The staff, especially Cheima, was lovely and couldn't do more to help. The hotel has a fantastic position, 2 minutes walk to the Jamaa El Fna.
The Riad Is on one of the busiest roads leading to the square so it is extremely, extremely noisy. Expect voices, music, peddling and drums well into the early morning.
In our first room (older wing) we spent the first night battling cockroaches. We wanted to leave but they upgraded us to a suite in the newer wing which was quieter and didn't come with a pest infestation.
The suite was big and very nice but the beds are ROCK HARD, so beware.
Don't come expecting a Riad experience, this is a big hotel with many elements of traditional architecture but mixed with modern standard design.
