Good location close to airport
There was no water to drink. For guests arriving late with no time to buy water would be nice to have drinking water like most other hotels ready. Also no hot water to shower. When we txted them their answer was there will be hot water until 5am after a long day of travelling would have been nice to take a hot shower. Very disappointed

Facilities were very good ,and room was perfect. Grounds are very clean and well maintained, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Brilliant location near the airport and karteros is a lovely place. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Crete .
