My husband and I loved staying in this traditional Japanese inn! The owners were so sweet and would tell us of events that were happening Kyoto. They also brought us fresh fruit and croissants! The futon was super comfy to sleep on, and surprisingly the bean pillow as well!

Amazing location
Address provided doesn’t work in google maps. Directions to find it only. It was a à bit of struggle.
Going up hill with the bags to get back down to the second location of the guesthouse. Not clear if we booked the primary location or the guesthouse.

The host was so sweet:) A family run business and the room and bathroom felt so clean. She left nice notes and fruit for us!
Nothing bad about the property
