Bintang Flores Hotel

The view is nice. You cannot swim in the sea, but the pool is lovely. The staff are helpful and the bed comfortable.

The restaurant is a bit limited. But breakfast has a good range. It was a good location for the Komodo trip

Nice location, just outside the main area of the city. Staff were very friendly

Some stains on the towel and our door had trouble shutting and opening. The staff noticed and helped initially but we found it kept having issues. This was only minor issue and did not take away from the trip

It was my second time at bintang Flores hotel and it was as great as the first time. The staff is very friendly the rooms are super clean. Also the location is great, right at the beach and close to the Harbour if you’re planing to do a boat trip. It also only takes 15 min to the airport.

The only positive to this hotel was that the grounds and the pool were beautiful.

I’m not one to complain about hotels at all, but this was the worst stay we had in Indonesia in a whole month. Well over priced for the facilities and quality of the rooms. They placed us in rooms that looked nothing like the listing we’d paid for. They were very outdated and really needed repairs especially in the bathroom. Reception staff were friendly and helpful but the staff in the hotel restaurant were not good at all. Very slow, lazy, asked if we wanted dessert and never came back to order. Not only that, the food was average quality and expensive due to its location (not near anything) they also whack a 20% service and tax charge on. Plus one of us got food poisoning eating here. Another night after that experience we decided to get grab bikes and eat elsewhere. Overall a very disappointing experience compared to the rest of our time in Indonesia.
