Location was great! Walking distance to everything. Super clean, modern property. This hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows of anywhere I stayed in Italy. The included breakfast which was pretty good too! And the restaurant is worth trying too, and I’m usually skeptical of hotel restaurants, although I think it may be a different owner.

All. Everything was fantastic. Room was good, looking to back side of Hotel, not nice because it is the back part of the houses and the mountain that limits Chiavenna at that side, but room was fantastic. New refursbished, big, clean, nice colors, big bed, comfortable bed, toilet was nice, shower very big and fantastic. It is one of the best hotel i was and i have been in thosands hotel of lot prices. If you want to impress your couple...this is one of your must. Breakfast was fantastic, salad food, suits, good coffe, several juices, luxury breakfast. Parking is almost noting at Hotel, but in front of Hotel there is a public parking shere white spots are free. You just need to choose the farest from the exit and car will be alone and perfect. Parking spots are wide too.
Nothing, everything was fantastic. Only remark is that to open door you need the car and a key, because card system was not completed yet. Double safe mode, i think. Everything was more than fantastic.

Modern yet familiar. Clean. Small fridge in the room. Balcony. Very pleasant.
That I couldn't take my bike to my room. There was a storage room, which was also locked.

The location was super and in a beautiful spot
It was a warm day and for some reason they didn’t turn on or allow the air conditioning in the room to operate…This lead to quite an uncomfortable nights stay.
