Nice design, nice staff, great location
We had a street side room and it was incredibly noisy every night right through to 4/5 o’clock in the morning with people shouting and partying

You can’t beat the location. You walk right out into the old part of Santiago. The building is also very old and seems fitting as a place to stay in such an old city compared to more modern offerings. The staff were very nice.
It’s a little pricey. But if you factor in the taxis that you’ll need to take if you stay farther out of town, it probably evens out.
