his 4-star resort is located 1.2 mi from the Red Sea and has a it's own private sandy beach. The property has access to 2 beaches can be reached by our free shuttle bus, one pure sandy beach and the other is coral beach for snorkeling and diving.

Reception staff were very good and accommodating. Resolved issues immediately. Were also friendly.
Housekeeping staff were great. Would clean rooms or provide what we want as needed. Also times when I would forget to put card for cleaning they would ask when I walk past.
Catering staff were great. Cleaned up dishes immediately once finished. Food was buffet style and serve yourself. Soda drinks were to be ordered and staff would bring over.
Rooms were a good size. Had entertainment shows every afternoon and evening which was fun.
Great location, quite near many of the main attractions.
Food was great. A good amount of variation.
The massage service was amazing.
Had booked 4 rooms. Some bathrooms had little bit of mold and limescale build up on tap.
Also had an issue with some of the doors.
Can be hard to find free loungers at certain points of the day especially shaded ones.

The receptionist, Ephraim, and his team made our stay much more enjoyable with their helpfulness, kindness, and friendly smiles! Mashallah, Ephraim!
The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, almost competing with each other to help you. They were all very friendly and hardworking. We were given a lovely room and truly felt at home.
There was a great variety of food, so you can definitely find something to suit your taste. You can also experience spicy flavors and ingredients that Turkish guests may not be very familiar with, such as fresh cilantro, which are somewhat similar to Mexican cuisine. Whether you like them or not is a matter of personal taste—we enjoyed them.
The rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
The pool, beach, and complimentary drinks at the reception were lovely and fresh.
In my opinion, the hotel's location is actually better than staying in Naama Bay because you can reach all the main places to visit—Soho, Naama Bay, Old Market, Farsha Café, and Mango Market—within 10–15 minutes. The hotel's shuttle service already takes you to most of these locations, except Farsha Café and Mango Market.
Taxis are also very affordable when using ride-hailing apps, and since there are no traffic lights in the city, you can get around quickly and easily.
It would be even better if the hotel offered both Naama Bay and Old Market shuttle options on the same day, giving guests two different options.

The staff were amazing. Anything you need they are happy to help.
The food on buffet wasn’t always the best.
Rooms are quite dated and not in the best condition.
A lot of mosquitos.
