This was a great place to have a break whilst driving around Turkey. The parking facilities were really good spacious and easy to get into. The room was really lovely and had a bath as well as a shower. The gardens to the rear of the hotel are really nice and they have a lovely pool and a couple of restaurants serving very good food. The breakfast buffet is excellent
It’s a little far into Mardin so you need to drive or take a taxi

it was really good price for such a luxury service.
the gym was closed partially and it was hard to reach the reception whenever I needed them.

Triple room size and comfortness, easy check-in, well-trained staff, english spoken, friendly and yet helpful and easy on family with kids, love the service.
Nothing really is bad at this property.

The reception staff were the only truly helpful part of this hotel – polite and cooperative. When I forgot my wallet after checking out, I called and returned an hour later to find everything intact, which I really appreciated.
The road in front of the hotel was under construction, making it dangerous to enter at night due to poor lighting. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, and room service was very slow – I had to go down to reception for everything. Breakfast was poor, with dry pastries and limited options.
