Location
Room was a bit smelly and grubby. Didn't enjoy the continental breakfast 😒

Excellent location with good transport links, restaurants close by and very near the venue I was in the city for. Spacious room was warm enough, comfy bed enabling a good nights sleep and it was quiet as well. En-suite clean but with over bath shower rather than walk in shower.
No serious issues. A walk in shower is preferable.

Staff where friendly and bed was comfortable
The cleaning on the rooms was bad I found a snack box behind the drawer next to the bed as I had to pull it out to use the plug socket. The walls have dirty marks and same with the carpets

The size of the single room was good. Decent sized desk & ample storage space.
The carpets were old & need replaced - a number of significant stains.
The net curtains were quite mouldy at the top.
The bathroom needed refurbishing.
