Staff very friendly and welcoming. Warm and cosy.
The fan in our room in the toilet was very loud every time you turned the toilet light on to go to the toilet and you couldn't switch off the fan. Woke everyone up at night if you needed to go. Breakfast would have preferred tin tomatoes instead of grilled. Needs more variety for children. Only full English and selected cereal for kids. My daughter wanted pancakes, having the option to ask would have been good or other options, as she did not like full English. Overall all nice stay would stay again.

The ground floor surroundings were very aesthetic and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and adequate.
The lift is very small and being able to view the walls between floors highlights the poorer aspects of the upper floors of the hotel. The decorations of the upper floor do not match the ground floor.
