Séjours & Affaires Paris-Vitry

The breakfast is rubbish No bake bean , no eggs, no sausage the is basic English breakfast.

Location

Well appointed apartment

WIFI not reliable. One of the reasons I book a venue is for strong and reliable WIFI. For this reason I would not book this venue again.

For one night in between locations, it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was quite run down and the soundproofing wasn't great.

I would not recommend Séjours & Affaires Paris-Vitry to anyone based on my experience. The hotel held my €150 security deposit for almost a month. At checkout on 13 September 2026, the staff assured me that the deposit would be released that same day. However, I did not receive the refund. I contacted the hotel almost five times and raised a complaint with supporting bank statement evidence, but the hotel did not resolve the issue and continued to deny that the amount had been charged. Thankfully, Booking.com reviewed and verified my proof and stepped in to help. I finally received my €150 deposit on 10 October 2026, after waiting almost a month. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. The delay, lack of communication, and repeated follow-ups were completely unacceptable. It has also left me questioning why a customer’s security deposit was held for so long. My advice to future guests: please be cautious about paying a security deposit at this property, and clarify the refund terms before booking. I would like to sincerely thank Booking.com for supporting me, verifying my evidence, and helping me recover my money. My complaint is directed at the hotel, not Booking.com. I appreciate Booking.com’s support in resolving this matter.
