Sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel , großes Zimmer sogar mit Blick auf die Wasserfälle, feines Wellness und sehr gute Küche (große Portionen) Parkplatz mit Ladestation vorm Haus , sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen !

wir waren schon öfter im Klockerhaus und das 1. mal vor 50 Jahren in Krimml. mehr muss man nicht sagen.

das allerbeste ist die Lage - 1km bis zu den Wasserfällen, kürzer geht nicht :-)
Ansonsten ist es ein 4-Sterne Hotel und dementsprechend.
Am Frühstücksbuffet alles da, auch Abends ausreichend und gut gegessen,
Wellnessbereich zwar klein, aber für uns war es ausreichend.
das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau, einzig und alleine dass die Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank angebrochen und nicht ausgetauscht war - kann passieren und lies sich einfach lösen.
vielleicht noch die Zimmer im ersten Stock, die auf die Straße schauen (leider auch der Blick auf die Krimmler Fälle, d.h. einen Tod muss man sterben :-)), wenn man die Fenster öffnet dann halt entsprechend Straßenlärm..

La ubicación, ideal para ir a visitar las cataratas
Tanto en la cena como en el desayuno la atención de Jaime que fue estupenda y en nuestro idioma.
La habitación no tenía ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador
El SPA es muy pequeño
Lo que en la foto se ve como un pequeño estanque donde bañarse estaba muy descuidado y el agua completamente verde
En general nos pareció muy anticuado y que no merece 4 estrellas
