We absolutely loved the tree house, great location with private beach and rainforest walking trails straight from the rooms. Loved the high ropes course and nearby river cruises. Good food options in the restaurant overlooking the beach too. Great breakfast buffet. On arrival there was a problem with our room which they notified us of and they gave us another lovely tree house to use whilst they fix the A/C unit which was very kind.

The location is amazing. You are surrounded by rainforest, there are trails to walk through quite dense forest which was incredible. It's also by the beach with two separate spots to enjoy. The restaurant provides a small amount of tasty options and overlooks the beach.
We were blown away by the wildlife we saw here. Lizards, birds, macaques, proboscis monkeys and silvery Lutung with babies!!!
Unfortunately, the place needs some care and maintenance. The room especially is feeling rundown. The curtains didn't close, the sink was leaking on the floor, the blanket provided on beds was weird and scratchy. If they put some care into it this place would be such a beautiful gem.

Resort build next to the rainforest & the tree houses have sea views
Reception & chambermaid staff were all very helpful
Food not edible & restaurant waitress was rude
Tree house very tired looking , some curtains, blinds & doors damaged in need of refurbishment

The surroundings are lush and green, making it genuinely feel like living in the middle of a rainforest. We had an amazing experience spotting wildlife right around the area—we saw a family of proboscis monkeys eating mangrove leaves and other unique monkeys playing near the trees by the beach. On top of that, the seawater was crystal clear and really fun to play in!
Villa 24 was very disappointing. The window lock was broken, which felt quite unsafe. Additionally, the toilet was clogged during our stay.
