Staff all over the facilities was extremely helpful and kind, this is greatly appreciated.
The early check-in request that was in theory approved by the property was not honored, and we had to wait 3-4 hours to be able to receive our room; in the meantime, we were able to use the facilities and restaurants, so just an item to be aware of and for the property to honor.

Simplemente me encantó.
