Lovely room in a beautiful old Colonial building. Great location and comfortable bed. But the standout feature is the staff. The lovely man on reception helped us with changing currency and with securing a reservation at a pena. Bent over backwards to make our stay a great one. Thank you!

The room size was good. It was walkable to the main square and many restaurants.
The hotel is a bit dated. Also, they did not have irons for your clothes either in the room or to lend you. They instead refer you to a third party service (e.g. 3,000 pesos /$2 USD for a shirt).

Clean, central and good breakfast
Nothing to say

The hotel brraths history, but is not outdated. It is furnished with a lot of sense for detail and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good, but could be a little bit more varied.
The only small thing is that some reception staff struggles with English.
For the rest, there really isn't anything negative about the hotel.
