Beautiful public areas and quality of accommodation
We expected dinner to be better

The property is beautiful and well-located. Breakfast was exceptional and generous. Nice pool. The restaurant is a true restaurant, not a fixed menu as with most agriturismos.
Food was good but not exceptional. If you're looking for the true, personal agriturismo experience, look elsewhere. Most notably, this property is significantly more expensive than other options available.

We spent wonderful dinners at the onsite restaurant, food was great, staff were excellent. View from the restaurant terrace looked onto the picturesque grounds leading down to the pool. Staff were very polite and friendly. Rooms were tastefully designed, housekeeping to perfection, the pool setting was beautiful, tranquil ambience throughout the entire property. Would highly recommend.
Can’t think of anything. Part of the charm was that the property is quite isolated from local supply shops and restaurants. Perfect place for rest and relaxation and to explore Umbrian countryside.

Restaurant
Caged dogs barking all night. Room did not include a garden view nor coffee - both of which were advertised and part of our selection. Reception said that they were full and there was nothing they could do when we pointed these out.
