I've stayed here before and was really looking forward to coming back. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need. I stayed for work and appreciate the small desk for evening emails! The shower and bathroom are amazing.
Lovely ambience in the evening, didn't try the food but the happy hours were appreciated.
The lift is old, and this cannot be helped at all, but for those with bad backs, I don't recommend using it. It jolts quite a bit. This is by no means a reason for minus points, but something for older guests to be aware off. I used the stairs to avoid this.

👍. Staff was awesome!
Not enough room between the bed and the wall.

The staff were the highlights as they exceptional and helpful. Very accommodating given some last minute itinerary changes. The amenities were a nice relaxing space at the end of the day. The restaurant was extremely delicious. The breakfast is worth it. Very impressed with my stay here. When i come back , i will mke it a point to stay here again.

The place is a hidden gem. Right off the main street but a few blocks away so you don't have to deal with the constant noise or crowds. Plenty of street parking and a 5 minute walk to the square. Love the whole place from the lobby/bar area to the rooms and the really cool elevator.
Parking can a bit of a struggle but once you find a spot you are fine. Just a bit of a walk sometimes if you have a lot of luggage. We'll pack smarter next time and would be a non-issue. Nothing against the hotel, the whole city is the same way.
