This is an amazing hotel located almost in the center of the town right next to piazza de Comune. Therefore, you are really centrally located to everything. Chiesa nuova is which is built over Saint Francis‘s childhood home is a one minute walk away. And you are centrally located between the basilica of Saint Francis and Saint Clair however, a little bit closer to Saint Clair’s. So really the Hotel’s location is perfectly ideal. Plus you’re right next to the main Piazza, which is filled with many restaurants and shops. Their included breakfast was fantastic better than a couple of the other hotels that I stayed in in the town. And their staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
They have a system with automatically shuts off and maintains the air conditioner, setting and power. I had to go down to the desk twice to ask them to please turn it back on. You can’t turn the air conditioner on yourself so that was a little bit annoying. But overall a fantastic stay.

They have a elevator, they register your car to enter Assisi, the receptionists are very helpful, they have a decent breakfast, the rooms are relatively spacious and the location is the best for the city, right in the middle next to the main piazza
The bathrooms are a bit small and mine only had a hand shower

Location was excellent. Could not have been better. Clean room and comfortable bed.
The air-con in the room was faulty and did not cool the room which meant sleep was difficult. Staff attempted to fix the problem but were unable to, as the hotel was full, we were unable to move rooms which made sleep impossible. We had an apology next morning but no recompense was offered.
