The breakfast was excellent with friendly attentative staff. The location was very good for walking around the City and for visiting the many good restaurants nearby. Would definitely visit again.

very comfortable room and clean. great location.
Thought the front desk staff was not very well trained. Never greeted anyone as they entered the hotel and always seemed to be hiding behind the desk instead standing up and saying hello.

The breakfast was amazing, from the presentation, to the service, to the quality of the food and food choices!

Everything! This is an incredible experience. The recent remodel hit all the right notes. They preserved beautiful details of the original Palace Hotel and added every modern Italian design convenience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were all terrific and they helped secure reservations each night. Chiara at the front desk is a treasure that the hotel should be very proud of. Grazie.
There was nothing to dislike.
