The location, views, staff, food, room, WiFi, and spa were all amazing!! It was such an enjoyable experience all around. This hotel has everything you need with such warm, inviting, and accommodating staff. It’s a family run business and you can tell they put a lot of care into serving their guests.
Gaia greeted us when we first checked in and was so sweet! She even mapped out a custom itinerary for us to explore the lake based on some preferences we shared.
The breakfast buffet was incredible too! So many fresh and delicious options! The staff were also so friendly and attentive as well.
I was even able to enjoy their fitness center and spa. You have to reserve a time for the spa so you get the sauna and hot tub all to yourself!
And as someone who works remotely, it’s very important I’m still able to access fast, reliable internet while traveling. This hotel was top notch! Was able to take my video calls with no problem! The WiFi was great!
And of course, you can’t beat the views and location. Breathtaking 180 degree views of the north side of the lake and mountains. It was gorgeous at every hour of the day - we caught some incredible sunsets and even the full moon setting over the mountains in the morning. So tranquil!
I also preferred being a little further away from the main towns. We spent an afternoon in Riva del Garda and it was so much more hectic - very pleased we decided to stay off the beaten path a little. Plus, it was only a short 10-15min walk to Malcesine’s quaint downtown and access to the ferry port to get to other towns. Highly recommend a day trip to Limone!
If you can’t tell, I highly recommend this hotel! And can’t wait to have the opportunity to return myself! :) Grazie Mille!
The only thing I would suggest is adding more lighting in the entryway when you enter the room. I had to turn the bathroom light on to see inside the closets. It also would have been nice if a bottle of water was supplied so I didn’t have to go downstairs to ask the staff to fill up my bottle. But these were very minor personal preferences that certainly wouldn’t stop me from rebooking!

Good location, very good breakfast and fresh room with nice balcony
The stairs in the backyard was in a quite dark area so I almost fell and hit my foot a bit. Could be more light there :)
