Quiet location, spacious room and easily accessible.
I had not realised the property allowance pets not just service animals, which at certain hours in the night was a bit distracting when they would bark and you could hear this either in the halls or in the room next door

We liked that it was close to where we were visiting.
We didn’t like that anyone using the motorway services have access through the doors leading from that area; there were no security in the door or reception.
The breakfast vouchers that are given as part of the booking b&b are not used to the full potential,ie: We paid as part of the booking, but the breakfast didn’t cost that much, but the restaurant kept all of the vouchers, so we lost out.
The duvet needed changing , as it was a winter heavy that was smelly.
