The property itself is very nice, the communal areas are all comfortable and welcoming, staff were very helpful, kind and accommodating. The location of the hotel is good, just outside of the town. I used the spa and had a superb massage from Anika, plus the gym is well equipped for a holiday workout.
Interconnecting doors in all the rooms, which we weren’t aware of, caused us disturbance from the neighbours. We were very kindly moved to a two bed suite which removed that noise however, the noise from the road is so bad, even through ear plugs you can hear all the traffic, all night long. Although the balcony doors and windows look double glazed, they are not. During our second night there were some heavy roadworks which seriously disrupted our sleep. I appreciate that the hotel have no control over external works but if they had double glazing it would go along way to getting a good nights sleep. Finally, the mattresses are too hard, normally we are ok with a hard mattress but they were too uncomfortable, I had to use one of the pillows for my lumbar just so my back and hips were more supported.

Breakfast was great, no issues, good healthy choices.
The noise at night, there were Rd works undertaking from 1230 am to about 5 am, so we did not get any sleep. This is not the hotels fault but they can do something about the light weight windows and doors facing the Rd, maybe double glazing. Otherwise we had a perfect stay and all staff were amazing and helpful. I commend all the staff we dealt with during our 2 day glorious stay. Thank you.

Staff warmth and hospitality is something others can learn from - splendid.
The junior suite was well sized, well appointment, clean and comfortable.
Excellent bed comfort and shower power
Spa was superb
Very nice scones at high tea
Air cooled and air conditioned was a welcome change, loved ot be without air conditioning and yet so comfortable.
Husaain, Santosh, Dani are some of the staff who really stood out.
Too much road noise, marred the otherwise 10/10 experience. We were staying in the juniorr suite and the traffic noise and vibration from the motorcycle exhausts didn't help one bit.
The breakfast could have been far more elaborate for this level of property.
There is a bit of ageing seen at the poerryty, nothing alarming, just a bit more care around the edges and hidden corners.

Beautiful hotel well equipped and quite clean close to the tea plantations .if you play golf you will enjoy it
Super loud street in front of the hotel, bad sound isolation of the room and windows- it feels like you sleep on the street .Unattractive ,very crowds and mostly ugly surrounding.
