Staff are super friendly, Sam is very kind and helpful. Rosie the hotel cat comes by late night and loves attention! If you are able to book a Sea View room, do it. It is amazing, you will not be disappointed. Breakfast is included, and the staff in the morning are very accommodating. We stayed for 8 night and every single day, the items were pretty much lukewarm and sometimes even cold. Or can be done to make this breakfast more pleasurable. It would be nice to see the pool towels and guest towels for the room updated as everything is well used and worn.
Although the hotel has been renovated the last couple of years, and the pool is amazing, the beds are soft and there is no opportunity for traditional double bed as apparently all rooms put two single beds together side-by-side with separate sheets. This seemed a little odd.

The Upgrade to the sea view balcony room was the highlight off my whole week trip so can't express enough how that completely made my holiday great from the start very grateful, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast had more variety than expected which was nice surprise, wifi was better than what i was expecting, the pool was a good size and a nice depth too it also, ac included kept room cool enough throughout my stay. Overall would stay again thank you.
Worst part of the trip was the cleaners, pretty sure they never changed the towels throughout my stay and for 2 days didn't replenish toiletries. Was some things in the room that need maintenance like the balcony door handle was quite loose and the shower door wouldn't close completely. Would be handy to have cutlery/plates and glasses in the room but was easy enough to obtain from breakfast. The hills up to the hotel are very steep and hard going but good for legs.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room had a beautiful sea view, and watching the sunset from the bedroom was definitely a highlight. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the fresh fruits, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The location is also very convenient and makes it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.
However, there were a few issues that could be improved. There was a noticeable sewage smell at times, the Wi-Fi connection was poor, and some of the appliances in the room need maintenance or replacement.

The location and breakfast was good
The sheets were too small for the beds. Not maintained well. Absolute minimum given .
